The quote tool

The quote form gathers gender, birth date, self-rated health, tobacco use, coverage amount, and term length. These go to a carrier quoting platform to fetch rates and aren't stored here. No name, address, phone or email needed just to see quotes. Identical repeat requests may be cached briefly so we don't re-query.

Applying

When you apply, your previous answers prefill the carriers' secure application, and you enter under their privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency, California License 0B75129, manages applications.

The contact form

The contact form asks your name, email, an optional phone, your reply preference, a topic, and your message. We email it to the agency; your email is the reply address. This website stores no copy, no submission log, and no message archive. A lightweight browser-based anti-spam check fires once before sending.

Measurement

This site measures page visits using first-party, cookieless technology delivered from this domain. No cookies or tracking identifiers. Your IP address is partially anonymized before storage. Referring page queries are stripped; raw logs expire after 90 days. Browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control aren't counted at all.

What we do not do

We don't sell or share personal information, serve ads or use third-party analytics. The only outside code is the carriers' application system on the apply page, and it only runs if you visit there.
